How I am doing is a question I usually answer by saying ” I’m good”, but today I’m not really good. It all started about four week a ago when the coronavirus first began to spread in the untied states. At first is wasn’t a big deal and then suddenly it turned out to be one one the biggest issues we face. I never thought something like that would happens and effect so many life so quickly.
Three weeks ago the NCAA deiced to cancelled all the spring sports including my spring soccer season. When I first hear the news that the spring season was cancelled I was shock and I didn’t want to believe it. After hearing the news I decided to walk to coaches office and chat with him about what we are going to do, unfortunately there nothing he could do. Later that day I when back to my room and did some thinking and I became very upset due to the fact that I had been training hard and was looking forward to a great season.
Not being able to play the soccer or go to the gym for a session has really been difficult for me because ever since I was little boy soccer has been the only thing that make my life easier when things are tough. Not being allow to play is very frustrated and I cant wait for all this to be over so I could go back to my normal routine.
Spending most of my time at home is something that I never thought I would be doing because I’m an outdoor person and also I like to stay very active. Being home with the coronavirus around is very boring I can barely do anything fun. I miss waking early morning to go to team lifting or go for a run.
Overall I will say I’m good not being able to play soccer and go to the gym is the only things I’m really unhappy about. My family and I have are safe and are doing our best to prevent getting the coronavirus. “I hope everyone and their family are safe and doing their best through this tough time.”

Thanks, Wilby, for the well-wishes. I’m sorry to hear that it’s been so hard for you.
I think everyone in the class knows how important soccer is for you — I hope all of this changes soon so you can go back to training and playing the sport you love.
Stay strong, man.

Just from being in the same class for as couple weeks, I and probably the whole class knows how much soccer means to you and I couldn’t imagine not playing everyday. It sucks not being able to train and go to he gym.
I hope this clears up and everyone can go back to their everyday lives and live a normal life! Glad your family is well.

So sorry to hear about your season, it’s been tough with all professional spring sports being cancelled/postponed too. I hope you’re doing well and trying your best to stay active, maybe still wake up early for a morning jog so you don’t feel so out of routine. Take care!

Hey man keep your head up all this will be over and you be back on the field in no time!!!
Stay safe and enjoy the free time; I know you want to be back to your routine but just enjoy what you are presented with in the moment and do everything you can to prepare for next season!! Have fun with everything you do!!

As an athlete this post really hits close to home. It’s heartbreaking to see all your plans and dreams for this spring season go to waste. Fortunately the NCAA granted us back our eligibility for the spring season to use at another time. But, things I have been doing is trying to stay on top of my training even though it is hard. We just need to keep our heads up and come back even stronger, nothing can stop us from getting to the top even if we have to face this major roadblock, keep your head up brother!
