Dear Marc Stephens,
Hey Marc! How have you been? I know it’s been a while since we spoke to each other but I wanted to see how you have been doing. Growing up you were my best friend and I cherish those memories that we had together in the past. I know you always loved soccer and always talked about competing in the future like your idol Lionel Messi. You always would destroy me whenever we played soccer on the field and you would be so focused and committed at such a young age. You’re a very talented person and you always had a good influence and inspired me to do better. In high school my sport was track and field, my event is the hurdles and now I compete at Rowan University. I know things change so I hope you find success in whatever you put your mind to because I know you have the drive and determination to do so. You have always been a nice, cool, funny and inspirational person and I’m glad that I got to spend time with you. You know I always had a passion for art and always would draw and I haven’t stopped. I got really good at photoshop and adobe illustrator and have been graphic designing ever since. Me and Franklyn Thomas even started our own brand called fevertoflex if you look it up on google we are the first thing that pops up. Even with all the chaos that is going on in the world right now, with your character I’m sure you’re finding a way to pull though. Love you bro and I wish you the best!
Best Regards,
Malcolm Yarber
It sounds like Marc left a lasting and deep impact on you, Malcolm. This is obvious throughout, but this sentence really gave me pause: “Growing up you were my best friend and I cherish those memories that we had together in the past. ” It’s direct and real, and I felt its power.
Captivating image, as well. Your skill with image creation is impressive, and I’ve very much enjoyed seeing what you create one week to the next. Thanks for expressing your creativity.

I really like the way the letter was ended by saying “Love you bro and I wish you the best”
This shows that the friendship you had with marc was really something special and that is something you seem grateful for. It’s not often people find something like that.
I don’t know how you did that with the picture but the edit was dope as hell

Thanks Mr. Freeman I like to express myself through these activities its a good outlet. I never was really a writer in high school but these assignments are all unique and all let you have a lot more creative freedom than my previous assignments.

I love this Malcolm!! In society its thought that men shouldn’t show a lot of emotion especially towards other men. Very touching and stay positive 🙂
Stay safe!!
