Violence is one of the most problematic issues in today’s world. Every day in the news we see reports about shootings, thefts, drugs, and deaths. Our society is becoming more dangerous day by day due to the fact people have a lack of respect for others. Violence occurs more often than I thought.

Violence is slowly increasing day after day all over the world. Over the past four years, I have heard more school shootings news than anything else which makes me think how much of a nightmare our society is become to live in. I think media is a big factor in violence our young generation is growing up in a world where they have violence in video games. Killing, blood, and drugs are just a few of the things kids see on their games every day. These things impact kids more than we realize.

With all this violence that is going around the world, our future looks very terrify. Nowadays parents are afraid of letting their kids go outside and play because the streets are not safe like they used to be. In my opinion, I think violence is something that is never going to stop happening due to the fact that no one is equal in our world and some people can never agree or get along with each other. 

I believe we can decrease violence by teaching our children good safety habits and build a partnership with police and focus on solving problems instead of reacting to crises.
