Where do I see myself in the future? I see myself graduating from Rowan in May of 2023 and heading right into the family construction business. I see myself working through the summers of college learning the ins and outs of the business starting my way from the bottom and eventually being the head of the business just like my dad and my pop pop.

Nothing will be handed to me I have to learn the company all from experience because most of the things I will learn in school can not prepare me for the roads ahead. After a few years of work I will settle down with a family and move into my first house.

Once my feet are set in the company and I have a stable income I will look into also buying a shore house so we can have fun in the summer. While Im working I would like my leadership in the company to impact the employees that work for me and have them enjoy coming to work everyday and not have it be a hassle for them.

Once my son or daughter is old enough I want to pass the torch to them and hopefully they can do the same as me my dad and my pop pop.
